Senior Fire & Security Life Safety Professional with over 25 years’ experience across fire detection, security, gas suppression and special risk systems.

Started career through an electrical apprenticeship and as an engineer, progressing into senior technical, client-facing and management roles.
Strong experience in client-facing roles and account management, building customer relationships and managing key stakeholders.
Experienced in handling customer complaints, resolving issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Proven engineering and project management experience, including leading and developing an engineering team from 8 to 20 engineers.
Extensive experience in commissioning, technical support, project delivery, audits, fault finding, mentoring, installation and maintenance.
Strong technical knowledge of fire detection, life safety, gas suppression, foam & deluge, and wet/dry/pre-action sprinkler systems.

A well-rounded candidate combining hands-on engineering expertise, technical leadership, account management, customer service and people management, making them well suited to senior engineering or management positions.
