Currently working as a Mechanical Supervisor, leading mechanical and coordinated M&E works on live construction sites, with previous hands-on experience as a Qualified Mechanical Pipefitter.
Worked on projects including Educational, Retail, Leisure, Residential, industrial and critical infrastructure sectors.
Experienced in steel pipework, plant rooms, HIUs, air source heat pumps, district heating, boosted cold water and heating systems, copper and plastic crimped systems, HDPE and cast-iron drainage, FCUs, VRF/VRV, split systems, chilled water applications, MVHR/MEV, ductwork, and air and water pressure testing.
Strong in supervision, subcontractor coordination, labour and programme management, material take-offs, procurement and delivery scheduling, quality inspections, snagging, commissioning support, RAMS reviews, permit to work systems, health & safety compliance, drawing interpretation, and technical problem-solving.
NVQ Level 2 Plumbing & Heating, NVQ Level 3 Plumbing, Heating and Solar Thermal, CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card, First Aid, Enhanced DBS, SSSTS, IPAF 3a & 3b, PASMA Towers for Users.
