Experienced with EcoStruxure IT Advisor, Ignition, DWG True View, Nlyte, PowerIQ, Data Centre Expert, Aveva, Zenoss, ServiceNow, Remedy, SMAX, Service Centre, Patch Manager, Vertiv and Network Node Manager.
Strong exposure to whitespace and capacity planning, migrations, build-outs, asset lifecycle management, change control, incident and escalation management, inventory management, compliance, vendor coordination and health & safety processes.
Has worked across large-scale, mission-critical data centres, multi-site implementations, EMEA whitespace environments and operational support settings within financial services and colocation-style infrastructure.
Specialises in data centre whitespace, capacity optimisation and operational delivery, with day-to-day focus on aligning space, power and cooling, supporting infrastructure changes, and maintaining audit-ready compliance across critical environments.
