Experienced with enterprise infrastructure and operational systems including Dell EMC PowerEdge, HP ProLiant, Supermicro, Synology, NetApp, Cisco Catalyst/Nexus, Juniper, Arista, Brocade, Palo Alto, F5, Windows, Linux, VMware ESXi, ScienceLogic, Moogsoft, UPS, switchgear, generators, HVAC, CRAC and BMS-related systems.
Strong background in installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, hardware lifecycle refreshes, capacity planning, process optimisation, continuous improvement, incident response and operational management.
Has worked across live data centre environments, customer and internal IT environments, hybrid-cloud operations, and facility infrastructure supporting secure, highly available services.
