Key Skills & Experience
Over 18 years’ experience across project management, building services and facilities operations, with strong delivery in M&E-biased, HVAC and data centre environments; currently managing large-scale capital projects.
Experienced with critical infrastructure and building services systems including HVAC, electrical installations, low-voltage infrastructure, UPS replacements, cooling system retrofits, water systems and BMS-related operations.
Strong background in end-to-end project delivery, including construction, mechanical and electrical installation, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, contractor management, programme control, compliance, risk management and commissioning oversight.
Has worked across live data centres, branch and office environments, public service buildings, leisure facilities, and refurbishment projects, with particular exposure to occupied, operational sites where uptime, safety and client service are critical.
Holds SMSTS, IOSH, PASMA, First Aid at Work, Construction Skills Site Managers Safety Scheme Certificate, Asbestos and Environmental Awareness, General Health and Safety, and a BTEC National Diploma in Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical Engineering.
Specialises in delivering technically complex project works within FM and data centre settings, with a clear bias towards M&E and HVAC-led project management.
