  • Experienced with CAFM and asset management systems, plus standards and frameworks including BESA SFG20, CIBSE, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001 and ISO50001.
  • Strong background in installation, commissioning, maintenance, service delivery, contract management, project management and technical support.
  • Worked across industrial mission critical data centres, corporate portfolios, real estate, retail, commercial property, public and private sector contracts, and London and South East multi-site operations.
  • Holds Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner, NEBOSH General Certificate, CITB SMSTS, IOSH Managing Safely, Full UK Driving Licence, ACRIB/Blue CSCS Skillcard, Managers Black CSCS Skillcard and F-Gas/refrigeration-related qualifications.
  • Specialises in hard FM HVACR strategy, service delivery, technical leadership and customer-facing contract management, with a strong bias towards complex commercial and mission-critical environments.
