Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day service operations, including job scheduling, resource planning, and team coordination.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of engineers, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and service performance to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for improving processes and achieving cost efficiencies.
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience in a Service Manager or similar leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of service delivery, ideally within sectors such as fire & security, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage, support, and develop teams effectively.
