Join a thriving M&E contractor delivering commercial projects across London and the South East.

• Health & Safety Leadership:
  Prepare site-specific RAMS and maintain comprehensive H&S files, ensuring weekly updates, operative inductions, PPE compliance, and toolbox talks. Provide monthly H&S and site audit reports to clients and directors.

• Project Delivery & Management:
  Oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring compliance with specifications, mitigating risks, and maintaining programmes. Select and brief subcontractors, manage labour teams, and coordinate suppliers to achieve milestones.

• Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
  Act as the main point of contact for clients, swiftly escalating any issues that may affect programme or cost. Build and sustain strong client relationships to secure repeat business.

• Commercial & Financial Oversight:
  Maximise project margins through careful buying, manage subcontractor orders and payment approvals, and support the finance team with WIP data, variations, and substantiations. Ensure prompt submission of site instructions and RFIs.

• Quality & Reporting:
  Submit technical submittals, progress reports, marked-up drawings, and blocker lists. Maintain detailed project records on the server and uphold company processes using designated software.

• Team Culture & Development:
  Represent the company professionally on site and at meetings, participate in internal/external training to stay technically current, and support a collaborative, team-focused ethos.

Requirements:

• CSCS & SMSTS certifications

• Proven mechanical & electrical project management experience

Package Highlights:
