Shifts: 4 Nights On / 4 Nights Off | 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live CCTV for suspicious activity

Handle calls with clients and emergency services

Respond to alarms and escalate incidents appropriately

Maintain accurate records and incident reports
Ideal Candidate:

Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and a team player

Professional phone manner; call handling experience preferred

Able to provide 5 years of verifiable employment references
