Lead a team of 7 in a well-established fire business. With a £12M target, you’ll be responsible for growing revenue, developing key accounts, and motivating your team to hit ambitious goals. What You'll Do:
- Lead and coach a high performing sales team of seven
- Deliver and exceed a 12M target
- Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs in line with business goals
- Drive new business and grow key accounts
- Forecast, report and manage the full sales pipeline
- Build strong relationships with key clients and internal departments
- Proven sales leadership experience
- Strong track record in hitting targets
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Fire industry background preferred
