Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Security Systems Service Engineer to join an exciting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance visits to client premises covering Intruder Alarm Systems, BS8418 VSS and Access Control Systems. This role requires a strong understanding of Monitored Intruder Alarm/CCTV and Access Control and the ability to work with various tools and technologies.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance visits to client premises covering Intruder Alarm Systems, BS8418 VSS and Access Control Systems. This role requires a strong understanding of Monitored Intruder Alarm/CCTV and Access Control and the ability to work with various tools and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out service and maintenance of monitored Intruder Alarm, BS8418 CCTV and Access Control systems
- Competently carry out 'On Call Engineer' ROTA Duties
- Competently complete and submit maintenance / service / fault finding documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to installed systems.
- Strong Knowledge of Texecom Alarm Systems
- Strong Knowledge in the use of Texecom Cloud Remote Support Software
- Strong Knowledge of IP Hik Vision CCTV Systems
- Strong Knowledge of Paxton Access Control Systems
- Ability to telecommunicate effectively with team members and clients
- Competence in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
