Business Development Manager – Electronic Security Systems
We’re looking for a driven, results-focused Business Development Manager with proven experience in high-end electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms (fire systems knowledge a bonus). This is a national role focused on winning new enterprise-level projects and growing revenue in key target sectors.
What you’ll do:

Win major new projects and exceed annual sales targets (£1.5M+)

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in high-security and critical national infrastructure sectors

Conduct site surveys, oversee system design, and present tailored solutions

Work closely with bid, design, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Provide accurate forecasts, maintain CRM records, and monitor market trends
