Midlands (with Nationwide travel)
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee nationwide projects involving M&E, civils, and associated works. The role requires strong leadership, proven organisational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality projects on time.
Role Overview:

Supervise projects to ensure work is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site operations in line with Health & Safety plans.

Conduct site inductions, inspections, and progress monitoring, maintaining accurate site records.

Liaise with project teams, ensuring cost control, material requisitions, and timely reporting.

Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and all stakeholders.
Key Requirements:

Site Management Certification: SSSTS or SMSTS essential.

First Aid Qualified: Minimum 3-day First Aid at Work certification.

Security Clearance: Must be a British national to meet contract requirements.

Flexibility to Travel: Willingness to work out of town, Monday to Friday – accommodation and out-of-town allowance provided.
