Fire Alarm Engineer
Yorkshire / permanent / £35,000 Per annum
Fire Alarm Engineer | Leeds | £38,000 - £44,000 OTE
Competitive salary with high on-target earnings potential. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of fire alarm and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with British Standards while contributing to a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair various fire alarm and life safety systems, including emergency lighting and nurse call systems.
- Work towards and exceed maintenance and fault-finding targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours support and provide technical assistance as needed.
- Carry out remedial works and extensive repairs on all types of life safety systems in accordance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Strong background and knowledge in fire security systems, with experience in both conventional and addressable fire systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively on the first attempt.
- A full driving licence is essential for this role.
- Relevant FIA commissioning accreditations or modules are preferred.
