Oversee the delivery of large-scale electronic security installation projects across Central London. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a strong background in managing CCTV, access control, intruder, and integrated security systems projects from conception to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver multiple security installation projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of engineers and subcontractors
- Full responsibility for project P&L management, ensuring financial targets are met
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are achieved
- Oversee project documentation, health & safety compliance, and quality assurance
- Provide technical support and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
- Proven experience in managing security installation projects (CCTV, access control, intruder, integrated systems)
- Strong experience in managing engineers and project resources
- Demonstrable experience of P&L responsibility on previous projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and health & safety regulations
- Based within commutable distance to Central London
- Competitive salary £50,000 – £60,000 DOE
