Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine servicing and repairs of various security systems, ensuring compliance with current standards.
- Meet and exceed maintenance and fault resolution targets to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate system functionality to clients, explaining potential issues and solutions effectively.
- Participate in an on-call rota for after-hours support and troubleshooting as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the security industry, particularly in service and repair roles.
- Proven knowledge of various intruder alarm panels and CCTV systems, including Galaxy, Castle, and Scantronic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients.
- A valid UK driving licence and a checkable work history are mandatory.
