- Ensure all projects meet health & safety standards and regulations.
- Manage project costs and budgets effectively.
- Liaise with clients, housing associations, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor progress and resolve any issues on site.
- Oversee the delivery of fire installation projects
- Previous experience in fire installation or a related building services discipline.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- An understanding of health & safety requirements.
- Ability to manage costs and resources effectively.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
