Are you a proven sales leader ready to take on £80M+ sales responsibility across both electrical and mechanical fire solutions? This is a rare opportunity to step into a board-level role with full ownership of strategy, growth, and delivery.
The Role:
As Sales Director, you’ll drive revenue across our electrical and mechanical fire portfolio, leading a high-performing team and shaping strategy to maximise market share. You’ll be hands-on with key clients, securing major projects, frameworks, and specifications while ensuring accurate forecasting and strong margins.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record leading £multi-million sales growth in fire, M&E, or critical infrastructure.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to win at C-suite level.
