The Role:
- Develop and win new business opportunities within fire & security systems (CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, fire detection).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for growth across key sectors including commercial, industrial, and public sector.
- Work closely with the projects and service teams to ensure a smooth handover and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on sustainable, long-term growth.
- Proven track record in sales or business development within the fire & security sector.
- Strong knowledge of security systems and/or fire detection solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
- Based in the Midlands with flexibility to travel across the region.
