Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out site visits and site surveys to support customers
- Provide training to customers on products and solutions
- Prepare accurate project quotations and support the sales process
- Deliver technical expertise and guidance on product applications
- Work 1 day from home per week, with the rest primarily on the road visiting customers and sites
- Experience in the fire & security industry is desirable
- Knowledge of fire products or system design is an advantage, but not essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proactive and confident in a customer-facing role
- Willingness to learn and progress into a technical support role
- Competitive salary of £35,000–£40,000
