About the Role
We’re looking for a customer-focused Pre-Sales Engineer to join a growing Fire Manufacturer. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting clients, and bringing technical solutions to life. With a blend of site visits, surveys and training, you’ll be the face of the business for customers and play a key part in project success.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out site surveys and assess project requirements

Deliver customer training and demonstrations

Build strong relationships with clients across the region
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a customer-facing engineering role

Some understanding of fire systems (desirable but not essential)

Knowledge of wireless fire products (useful but not required)

Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with customers at all levels

A proactive, hands-on approach with the willingness to learn and develop
