Key Responsibilities
-
Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on Fire & Security systems

Perform fault diagnosis, rectification, and preventative maintenance
-
Respond promptly to emergencies and breakdowns

Maintain accurate documentation and QA compliance
-
Coordinate with specialist subcontractors when required

Support the growth of the contract with system upgrades and project works

Assist other trades as needed, prioritising workload effectively
Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
-
Fire & Security Apprenticeship or equivalent
-
Health & Safety training
-
GCSEs (‘O’ Level) in Maths & English or equivalent
-
Certified experience in fire alarms
-
Practical experience in IP and analogue CCTV
-
IPAF trained & valid Chapter 8 ECS card
Desirable:

City & Guilds Part 3 (Electrical Installation 2360) or equivalent

IT & Networking knowledge
