Mechanical Contracts Manager | North West | Up to £60,000 per annum

An established and respected building services contractor in the North West is seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee a range of commercial projects. With a strong pipeline across sectors including healthcare, education, and local government, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and forward-thinking team.

Your Role:

  • Project Delivery
    Lead mechanical installations from pre-start to handover, ensuring timely, safe and high-quality completion.

  • Financial Oversight
    Manage budgets, variations, applications for payment, and final account settlements to maximise project profitability.

  • Procurement & Resources
    Source and manage materials, labour and subcontractor packages to support efficient project delivery.

  • Client & Team Liaison
    Represent the company at meetings, maintain client relationships and support site teams with technical guidance.

  • Quality & Compliance
    Maintain health & safety standards, produce RAMS, and ensure workmanship meets company expectations.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in mechanical/building services contract management
  • A deep understanding of Heating and Domestic Services
  • Relevant technical qualifications
  • Strong commercial awareness and IT skills
  • Valid CSCS card
