The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth, the business is seeking an experienced Associate Mechanical Engineer to join its London team. This is a key leadership role supporting the development and delivery of complex projects while maintaining high technical and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical delivery of mechanical engineering projects across diverse sectors.
- Provide strategic input into business unit planning and project management.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
- Mentor and guide engineers, promoting best practice and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to innovation, sustainability, and Net Zero Carbon initiatives.
Core Skills & Experience
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in Building Services, including 7+ years in management.
- Degree-qualified and Chartered or near-Chartered with CIBSE / IMechE / IET / RICS / IWFM.
- Proven ability to lead projects from design through delivery, managing budgets and client expectations.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, water, power, controls, and compliance systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
