Role Overview:

Results-driven Key Account Manager with specialist expertise in fire alarm systems, including conventional, addressable, and networked multi-panel solutions. Strong technical knowledge of BS 5839 and proven ability to translate compliance requirements into commercially successful maintenance contracts. Skilled in developing long-term client relationships within Facilities Management (FM) and critical infrastructure sectors, delivering sustainable revenue growth and high-value service solutions.


Key Responsibilities & Achievements

  • Delivered consistent organic growth in fire alarm maintenance contracts, aligning with company sales strategy and margin targets.
  • Identified, developed, and secured new fire detection maintenance opportunities through industry networking, existing relationships, and cross-selling across group companies.
