North West London / permanent / £50,000 Per annum
Site Manager | Up to £60,000 per annum | North West London (with Nationwide travel)
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee nationwide projects involving M&E, civils, and associated works. The role requires strong leadership, proven organisational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality projects on time.
Role Overview:
- Supervise projects to ensure work is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site operations in line with Health & Safety plans.
- Conduct site inductions, inspections, and progress monitoring, maintaining accurate site records.
- Liaise with project teams, ensuring cost control, material requisitions, and timely reporting.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and all stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Site Management Certification: SSSTS or SMSTS essential.
- First Aid Qualified: Minimum 3-day First Aid at Work certification.
- Security Clearance: Must be a British national to meet contract requirements.
- Flexibility to Travel: Willingness to work out of town, Monday to Friday – accommodation and out-of-town allowance provided.
