An established security solutions provider is seeking an experienced Sales Executive with strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms (fire systems knowledge advantageous but not essential).
This is a new business–focused role (60% new / 40% existing accounts), driving profitable growth through strategic relationship building and successful contract wins.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities
- Develop and grow key customer accounts
- Conduct site surveys and support system design and quotations
- Deliver client presentations and demonstrations
- Work closely with installation, service and bid teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM records
- Ensure compliance with company and H&S standards
- Proven track record in security and/or fire systems sales
- Strong technical understanding of CCTV and access control
- Experience negotiating contracts up to €2m
- Skilled in both new business development and account management
- Professional, solutions-focused and commercially astute
- Strong communication and IT skills
- 5-year verifiable work history
- Right to work in the UK/EU
- Full clean manual driving licence (max 6 points)
- Enhanced DBS (additional screening may apply)
