Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support Senior Engineers and Regional Engineering teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Ensure all service and maintenance works are completed in line with client expectations and agreed SLAs.
  • Monitor operational performance and drive improvements through the effective use of KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients to support customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop engineering teams to achieve operational targets and high service standards.
  • Ensure engineers are effectively scheduled and deployed to meet operational demands.
  • Resolve customer issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote best practices to improve efficiency, service quality, and first-time fix rates.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience working within the Fire and Security industry.
  • Exposure to job management systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Uptick, Joblogic, SimPRO, BigChane)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Performance-driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive operational improvements.
  • Ability to lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking an experienced Field Line Manager to oversee the delivery of service and maintenance operations through our clients Senior Engineers and Regional Engineering teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all service and maintenance activities are delivered in line with client expectations, contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and internal performance standards.

This role requires a highly organised individual with strong leadership skills who can effectively manage operational performance while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
