Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Senior Engineers and Regional Engineering teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Ensure all service and maintenance works are completed in line with client expectations and agreed SLAs.
- Monitor operational performance and drive improvements through the effective use of KPIs and performance metrics.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients to support customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead, motivate, and develop engineering teams to achieve operational targets and high service standards.
- Ensure engineers are effectively scheduled and deployed to meet operational demands.
- Resolve customer issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote best practices to improve efficiency, service quality, and first-time fix rates.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working within the Fire and Security industry.
- Exposure to job management systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Uptick, Joblogic, SimPRO, BigChane)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Performance-driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive operational improvements.
- Ability to lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
