This role focuses on developing new business opportunities and driving sales within the mid to high-end residential market across London and the South East.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of fire and security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Alarms, and Audio & Video Door Entry systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the residential sector.
  • Conduct site surveys and provide tailored solutions for clients.
  • Promote and sell security systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Alarm, and Audio & Video Door Entry systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and contractors.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in surveying and sales within the fire and security industry.
  • Strong knowledge of security installations and maintenance services.
  • Experience working within the mid to high-end residential market is highly desirable.
  • Must reside within the M25 or surrounding areas (preferably North of the River).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
