Fire & Security Project Manager – Building Services | £50,000-£60,000 | Nottingham (office based with hybrid working)
We are working with a well-established building services contractor who specialise in the design, installation and maintenance of commercial Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire & Security systems. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to join their team.
Based from their Nottingham office, this role will involve managing small works projects valued up to £250,000 across commercial environments nationwide. The position offers a flexible working arrangement, with a mix of time spent in the Nottingham office, working from home, and travelling to sites across the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing Fire & Security projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget. This will include coordinating engineers and subcontractors, liaising with clients, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Candidates must have a strong background within Fire & Security systems and previous experience managing installation or small works projects. Knowledge of Gent fire alarm systems would be advantageous.
