The Role
As Service Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance and delivery of service operations, ensuring high standards across maintenance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will lead from the front, managing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering strong financial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Fire & Security service contracts across the region
- Oversee service delivery including PPMs, reactive call-outs, and SLAs
- Manage and develop service teams, including engineers and supervisors
- Take ownership of financial performance, including full P&L responsibility
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Proven experience in managing Fire & Security service operations
- Strong background in service contracts, PPMs, and call-out teams
- Demonstrable experience managing budgets and P&L
- FIA qualifications (or equivalent)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and decision-making ability
- Experience with gas suppression systems is highly desirable
