Training & Schemes Manager
Worcester / permanent / £35,000 Per annum
Worcester, Hybrid (UK) | £35,000 + benefits | 12-month contract with potential to go permanent
The Role
You will lead the development, commercial growth, and delivery of a suite of training resources, CPD-accredited content, and industry schemes. Your work will directly support members, drive engagement, and create measurable value across the sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the organisation’s Learning Hub (on-demand training, webinars, resource library)
- Develop, launch, and scale CPD-accredited courses and webinars
- Increase engagement with flagship industry schemes
- Manage learning platforms, external partners, and performance KPIs
- Translate technical standards and best practice into accessible, market-ready learning
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience managing learning portfolios or industry schemes with commercial outcomes
- Strong understanding of CPD, LMS/LMP platforms, webinars, or B2B learning delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to turn policy and standards into clear, practical value propositions
- (Highly desirable) Experience within the UK security sector or familiarity with relevant standards
