Lead Electrical Consultant (Building Services | Edinburgh or Glasgow | Salary: Up to £75,000 + package
The Opportunity
- Senior leadership role within a well?established building services consultancy
- Lead electrical input on complex building projects across multiple sectors
- Play a key role in shaping technical direction, project delivery, and team development
- Clear scope to influence clients, teams, and regional growth
The Role
- Lead and oversee electrical design from concept through delivery
- Act as the senior electrical point of contact for projects and clients
- Manage design quality, programmes, and commercial performance
- Coordinate closely with mechanical and wider design teams
- Mentor and support the development of engineers across the team
- Contribute to winning work and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
- Senior?level electrical engineer within building services consultancy
- Proven experience leading projects and guiding teams
- Strong client?facing and commercial awareness
- Degree qualified (or equivalent), Chartered or working towards chartership
- UK buildings market experience, ideally within Scotland
