Lead Mechanical Consultant (Building Services)
Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow
Salary: Up to £75,000 + package
The Opportunity
- Senior leadership role within a well?established building services consultancy
- Lead mechanical input on complex building projects across a range of sectors

The Role
- Lead and oversee mechanical design from concept through delivery
- Act as the senior mechanical point of contact for projects and clients
- Manage design quality, programmes, and commercial performance
- Coordinate closely with electrical and wider design teams
- Mentor and support the development of engineers across the team
- Contribute to work?winning and long?term client relationships
About You
- Senior?level mechanical engineer within building services consultancy
- Proven experience leading projects and developing teams
- Strong client?facing presence with sound commercial awareness
- Degree qualified (or equivalent), Chartered or working towards chartership
- UK buildings market experience, ideally within Scotland
