Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and fault-find fire alarm systems across social housing properties
- Carry out routine testing and reactive call-outs as part of a structured rota
- Maintain and service AOV systems and some HSSD systems
- Accurately complete service reports and compliance documentation
- Diagnose faults efficiently and carry out effective repairs
- Liaise professionally with housing associations, residents, and internal teams
- Ensure all works are completed in line with British Standards and company procedures
- Represent the business positively while working on client sites
Key Requirements
Essential- Gent Basic trained
- Strong experience with fire alarm systems
- Experience working within social housing environments
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience with AOV systems
- Exposure to HSSD systems
- Around 5 years’ industry experience
