Security BDM | North of England | £45,000-£50,000
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a strong background in security solutions and a passion for winning new business.
Location: North of England (with access to our Leeds office once per week)
About the Role
As a BDM, your primary focus will be to generate new business opportunities while also nurturing and expanding existing client accounts. This is a target-driven role with a strong emphasis on growth and revenue generation.
- 80% New Business Development
- 20% Account Management
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the security sector
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Grow and retain existing accounts
- Deliver tailored security solutions to meet client needs
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements
Proven sales experience within the security industry
Strong knowledge of:
- CCTV systems
- Access control solutions
- Manned guarding services
- Demonstrated success in new business development
- Experience selling into any vertical market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
