About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of fire sprinkler installation projects across the commercial and industrial sectors.
You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with agreed specifications, while maintaining strict compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
This role requires ownership of projects from start to finish, liaising directly with clients, engineers, and contractors, while leading project teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of sprinkler system installation projects from inception through to completion.

Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and project teams to meet requirements.

Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resource allocation.

Ensure full compliance with LPCB, BS EN 12845, BS EN 9990, BS EN 9251 and local codes.

Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and safety.

Produce and maintain QA documentation in line with company and client requirements.

Monitor project performance against client expectations and agreed targets.

Identify and resolve project risks and issues proactively.

Attend weekly progress meetings at head office and provide regular updates.

Promote a positive and collaborative team culture.
Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience as a Contracts/Projects Manager or in a senior role within the fire sprinkler industry.

In-depth knowledge of industry standards and codes (LPCB, BS EN 12845, BS EN 9990, BS EN 9251).

Strong background in site surveys, client meetings, and managing installations.

Ability to confidently interpret architectural and MEP layouts in CAD format.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present clearly and build strong client relationships.

Strong IT skills and project management capability.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team.

Valid UK Driving Licence (essential).
