Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Security Project Manager to oversee the delivery of small to medium-sized security system projects across the UK. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with values ranging from £1,000 to £100,000.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with industry standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to completion
  • Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Conduct site visits and oversee installations across multiple locations nationwide
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal departments
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, schedules, and reports
  • Support commercial activities including cost control and project profitability

Systems & Technologies

Projects will involve a range of security and integrated systems, including but not limited to:

  • CCTV systems
  • Access Control
  • Intruder Detection Systems (IDS)
  • Public Address (PA) systems
  • Intercom systems
  • Radio systems
  • IP Networks
  • Building Management Systems (BMS)

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in project management within the security or related industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems
  • Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Self-sufficient and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel nationally on a regular basis
  • Full UK driving licence
