Multi Skilled Service Engineer | Hampshire | Up to £40,000 DOE + Callout + Travel Time

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Multi-Skilled Service Engineer to join a well-established and growing fire & security business covering the Hampshire area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a service-focused engineer with experience across at least two disciplines within the fire and security industry, looking for a stable role with a strong local presence and supportive team environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of a range of electronic security and fire systems across commercial and domestic sites.

Systems may include:

• Fire Alarms
• CCTV
• Intruder Alarms
• Access Control

Experience with Gent fire alarm systems would be advantageous, although this is not essential.

Requirements

• Proven experience working within the fire and security industry
• Multi-skilled across at least two disciplines:
  • Fire Alarms
  • CCTV
  • Intruder Alarms
  • Access Control
• Strong fault-finding and servicing ability
• Full UK driving licence
• Good customer-facing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Package

• Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
• Callout rota currently 1 in 6, moving to 1 in 8
• Travel time paid after the first and last 30 minutes of the day
