Project Manager
London / permanent / £50,000 Per annum
Project Manager | Competitive salary | London with national travel for projects when required
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of projects from design handover through to successful completion
- Review and adopt technical designs, ensuring smooth transition into delivery phase
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure all project activities align with client requirements and regulatory standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and key stakeholders
- Oversee installation and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards
- Monitor progress against programme, adjusting schedules and resources where required
- Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery
- Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders and support procurement processes
- Manage project finances including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Key Requirements / Skills
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction, HVAC, or related sectors
- Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and forecasting
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexibly when required
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in smoke ventilation systems or similar specialist installations
- Previous site or construction experience
- Relevant project management or construction-related qualifications

Location & Work Pattern
- Based at head office with regular travel to sites
