What You'll Be Doing
- Drive new business development and secure new customer accounts across the Netherlands.
- Identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities within commercial and enterprise markets.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and end users.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to contract award.
- Work alongside technical teams to design security solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently exceed new business targets.
- Proven success in new business sales within the electronic security industry.
- Strong technical understanding of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.
- Previous hands-on experience in installation, service, or commissioning, giving you the credibility to engage with customers on technical solutions.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for winning new business.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
