Security Service Engineer - London
M25 / permanent / £35,000 Per annum
Security Service Engineer | M25 - Field-based | Up to £55,000 DOE
We're looking for an experienced Security Service Engineer to carry out service, maintenance, reactive call-outs, and remedial works on CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems. The role is primarily focused within the M25, with occasional national travel (typically one day per week). Experience working on enterprise-level security systems would be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems
- Attend reactive call-outs and fault-finding visits
- Complete remedial works and system repairs
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance
- Produce clear service documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service on-site
- Participate in the 1 in 4 call-out rota
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience as a Security Service Engineer
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Experience with CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder systems
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Experience with enterprise-level systems such as Genetec, LenelS2, Gallagher, C-CURE, Avigilon, or similar
