This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business at the forefront of digital infrastructure. You’ll take responsibility for complex construction programmes, managing delivery from inception through to commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the on-site delivery of data centre construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to maintain progress and resolve delivery issues.
  • Monitor and enforce health and safety compliance throughout every phase of construction.
  • Review and manage project documentation, including risk assessments, method statements and progress reports.
  • Ensure all works comply with technical specifications, contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Support commissioning and handover activities to ensure each facility is operationally ready.

Experience and qualifications

  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centres, critical infrastructure or other high-technology environments.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, structural works and fit-out phases.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
  • Relevant construction qualifications and certifications, such as SMSTS, CSCS or NEBOSH.

This is a standout opportunity to join a high-growth organisation delivering some of the UK’s most advanced facilities. If you’re ready to take the next step in your construction career and contribute to cutting-edge infrastructure projects, we’d love to hear from you.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and obtain DV security clearance.
