Alton/Hybrid / permanent / £50,000 Per annum
Design Manager – Fire | Hybrid (2–3 days in the office) | £45,000–£55,000 + Car Allowance/Company Car + Healthcare
We're looking for a Design Manager to lead and develop a growing design team, delivering projects across the UK. This role would suit an experienced Design Manager or a Senior Designer ready to step into management with support and development.
The Role
Minimal travel required, typically around 20 days per year. Site visits are usually limited to one or two visits per project to gather design information.

The Role
- Manage and support an existing Fire Designer.
- Lead fire system design across national projects.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Work closely with project teams and clients.
- Help grow the design team as the business expands.
