Role Summary
The Fire Sprinkler Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of fire sprinkler projects from initial planning through to completion. This role works closely with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Success in this role means proactively managing risks, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring compliance at every stage. It is a key position that directly contributes to operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organise, and manage assigned fire sprinkler projects from initiation to closeout
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and budgets
  • Review contracts, scopes of work, and project documentation to ensure clarity and compliance
  • Monitor project costs, support budgeting, and flag potential financial or scheduling risks
  • Conduct site visits to assess installation progress, quality, and adherence to specifications
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for project stakeholders
  • Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately
  • Participate in project kick-offs, coordination meetings, and internal planning sessions
  • Identify and escalate risks early, providing practical solutions
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and all applicable regulations and company policies
Key Requirements / Skills
Essential Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years of experience supporting or managing projects within fire sprinkler systems or a related construction field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a practical, solution-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Desirable Requirements
  • Working knowledge of fire sprinkler systems
  • Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams on construction projects
