Security Service Engineer – Kent / South East
Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 + Benefits
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security Service Engineer to cover Kent and the South East, working across a range of schools and commercial properties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and related electronic security systems. You will ensure systems operate efficiently while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems.
- Attend planned maintenance visits and reactive call-outs.
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
- Liaise professionally with customers, site staff, and colleagues.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards and health & safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a security systems engineering role.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of CCTV, intruder alarm, and access control systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Package:
- Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)
