The Role

  • Oversee day-to-day service and maintenance operations across a portfolio of lift contracts in London.

  • Manage and support a team of Service Engineers, ensuring planned maintenance and reactive call-outs are completed efficiently and safely.

  • Liaise with clients and tenants, providing clear communication, technical support, and excellent customer service.

  • Monitor service performance, costs, and response times—ensuring compliance with SLAs and company procedures.

  • Coordinate with technical, repair, and modernisation teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain contract satisfaction.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement, promoting safety, reliability, and customer care across the service division.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced Service Manager, Supervisor, or Engineer from the lift, HVAC, electrical, or wider building services industries.

  • Strong understanding of maintenance operations, service planning, and engineer management.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Confident managing field teams and coordinating with clients in a busy service environment.

  • Able to interpret technical information and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
