Commercial Maintenance Electrician

Location: Various Commercial Sites
Salary: £16–£19 per hour

An established and expanding commercial building services and maintenance provider is seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Electrician to join their growing team.

This role offers stability, variety, and the opportunity to work across a wide range of commercial environments. It is ideal for a motivated and skilled electrician who prides themselves on delivering high-quality work and maintaining excellent safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults across commercial properties

• Carry out routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance

• Install, upgrade, and maintain a range of electrical systems and equipment

• Respond to reactive maintenance needs in a timely manner

• Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards

• Communicate effectively with clients, site managers, and team members

Skills & Experience Required

• Qualified Electrician (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, or equivalent)

• Strong commercial electrical maintenance experience

• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and safe working practices

• Confident in fault-finding and problem-solving

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Ability to pass a DBS check

• Full UK Driving Licence
