A well-established and growing refrigeration and HVAC specialist is seeking a Commercial HVACR Sales Manager to drive business development and support continued expansion across commercial and industrial sectors.

The Role:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial refrigeration and HVACR sectors
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to quotation and contract award
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Support company growth by developing strategic sales plans and identifying key market opportunities
The Candidate:
- Proven experience in HVACR or refrigeration sales, business development, or account management
- Strong technical understanding of commercial refrigeration and/or air conditioning systems
- Experience selling installation, service, or maintenance solutions
- Ability to generate new business and manage client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial skills
- Full UK driving licence
