Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Security Engineer / Team Leader with a strong technical background in electronic security systems. This is a hands-on, lab-based role working closely with our testing team, supporting product testing, compliance, and technical development activities.
The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturer or electronic security background and will be comfortable combining technical expertise with leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level technical support and guidance to the testing team
- Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Carry out power supply testing and confidently read and analyse power supply diagrams
- Support laboratory-based testing of security products, including intrusion detection and access control systems
- Assist with maintenance tasks across lab equipment and test setups
- Perform calibration of test and measurement equipment
- Contribute to the development of new testing capabilities, including perimeter protection technologies
- Strong hands-on technical experience in electronic security systems
- Background in manufacturing, product testing, or electronic security environments
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
- Good understanding of power supplies and associated testing methods
- Comfortable working in a lab-based, on-site role
- Able to lead by example and support junior engineers within a technical team
